Policy

Deposits

• A $21 deposit is required upon booking an appointment.

• When booking an appointment please keep in mind that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit refunds only apply when I am not able to service you and I need to cancel or reschedule your set appointment.

• Deposits will be included in total of service charge.

Appointment Punctuality

Out of respect to my craft and my clients time/space during their scheduled sessions, it is of great importance to note the following before scheduling an appointment:

Late policy:

• 5 minutes late (GRACE period) past your scheduled appointment - You will be serviced.

• 5 minutes to 10 minutes late past your schedule appointment - You can be serviced, but there will be a $25 late fee included in service charge. If you choose to cancel or reschedule, please know that deposits are non-refundable.

• 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment - Your appointment will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you want to reschedule, you can do so by securing another slot for another day with a deposit.

• No call no shows / Same day cancellations will be charged full price with card on file.

Preparation before your appointment

• DO NOT wear any make up, strips, mascara or any face oils, prior to your scheduled appointment.

• If removal is required upon your arrival, there will be a extra $10 charge.

Appointment Confirmation

• All appointments need to be confirmed a day prior. I will send you a text or email requesting a confirmation to seal slot. If I do not receive a confirmation, I will assume you are not able to show up and the appointment will be canceled.
